Forecasts Approximately 33 Percent Revenue Growth over Prior Year Period

For the fourth quarter, expects its revenues to be in the range of $33.5 million to $33.8 million, as a result of anticipated growth in online shopping this holiday season. This represents revenue growth of approximately 33 percent over the prior year period. The Company anticipates fourth quarter 2004 Adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $8.8 million to $9.0 million.
