Foxcom Networks manufactures high-speed fiber optic communications systems for broadband networks over existing coax infrastructure.

Foxcom Networks designs and manufactures broadband access equipment which eliminates "first-mile" bandwidth bottlenecks. Foxcom supports the convergence of high-speed data communications and digital/analog video services over a single infrastructure. Foxcom's new broadband access platform known as iPath provides an integrated service solution for high-speed internet access, DBS (Direct Broadcast Satellite) and cable TV services for the more than 20 million MDU (multiple dwelling units) units in the US. The Company's customers include the Globalstar (NASDAQ: GSTRF) satellite network, Bell South, NewsCorp., Hughes, PanAmSat, GE, Westinghouse, Marconi and Lockheed.

Co-Investors:
Israel Seed Partners participated in the seed financing. The Company subsequently raised funding from Apax Leumi , Oppenheimer, the Korea Technology Bank, Eurofund, Genesis Partners, Patricof & Co, AIG Orion and CIBC Capital.



Management:
Jack Hotz, CEO: Joined Foxcom in 1996, bringing over 20 years experience in finance and business management. Prior to joining the company, he served as controller for EIT and DSP, two Israeli high-tech firms.
